Nursing Home

For generations, we have focused on creating a caring and safe environment in our Medicare-certified 66-bed skilled nursing facility. The Lincoln Community Care Center is a non-profit organization and we passionately believe in providing quality care. Unlike corporate and family-owned nursing homes that absorb their profit off the top, we are able to put our profits right back into the nursing home and this allows us to provide more nursing staff, better food, and enhanced activities.

Lakeside Suites Assisted Living

Our 14-bed assisted living center offers a friendly and caring team with personalized attention to the small details to make your stay most comfortable. From sunny resident rooms to tranquil common areas and lounges, and tasty dining services – we strive to make Lakeside Suites relaxing and enjoyable. We welcome you to visit and take a tour soon.
